Or rather the carrot that I forgot. I still have carrots in the two little containers.
Haven’t checked on them in a while- wonder how they’re doing?

This was the behemoth that demanded to be pulled- I’ll have to do another check on them tomorrow to see how many more are screaming to be eaten.
Took a hell of a lot of scrubbing and chopping off the weird bits to make it fridge ready- but I’m in the mood for carrot tonight!
I am almost afraid to check the other pots- hope I’m in the mood for carrots for the rest of the week!
